 Historian Rich Lindberg presents the history of the stockyards, spanning its entire 106 year history. Presentation also covers Upton Sinclair's "the Jungle", and its impact on bringing much needed reform to the yards, improvements to sanitary conditions, and the tale of "Bubbly Creek", the polluted waterway that has never fully recovered from the environmental damage of a hundred years ago.
